How can I replace my front door?

The owner is responsible for maintaining the front doors in compliance with the condo association's documents and bylaws. As stipulated, the following requirements must be adhered to:

  • **Door Design**:    
    1. Only flat doors are permitted.  
      1. Raised paneled doors and doors with windows are strictly prohibited, as windows in doors do not meet current condo code regulations.  

 

  • **Hinge Placement**:  
    1. Hinges must allow ingress/egress to the north (walkway side).  
      1. Hinges allowing ingress/egress to the south are not allowed.

 

  • **Paint and Color**:  
    1. The paint and color for the doors will be supplied by the association.   
      1. Contact Us to obtain paint as needed

 

  • **Door Numbers**:
    1. For further details on door number requirements, please refer to the article titled "Door # Regulation."
