Where are the water shut off valves for my unit?

The water shut off for your unit are found at the back of the building in the ground directly below your unit.  There are 2 valves. 1 hot and 1 cold. 
  • BEFORE performing any shut off you MUST: 
    1. Notify the condo association in advance.
    2. Go to each unit above AND below yours in advance and give them a courtesy warning as the valves shut off the water for all 3 floors for that bank of 3 units.
  • A licensed and insured plumber is required to perform any work on the unit and building. 
  • Warning: The valves are fragile!! 
    • (If they are broken you will need to replace them IMMEDIATELY at your expense which will require the entire buildings water supply to be shut off until this has been performed)
